When I started my own business, I quickly realized that building something you're passionate about is only one part of the equation. There were systems to create, decisions to make, vendors to manage, software to choose, finances to organize, and a never-ending list of things I didn't even know I was supposed to know. I found myself wishing there was someone I could call. Someone who would say “this is what you need to do now, this is how you do it, and I’m here to help.” A business partner that didn’t compromise my vision.

Throughout my career, I've found myself drawn to small businesses: diving head-first into wherever the chaos lives, noticing what’s missing, fixing what’s broken, and asking “why?” even when things seem to make sense. Whether it's building operations from the ground up, helping a growing team find its footing, or bringing structure to a business that's become overwhelming to manage, I love stepping into the messy middle and helping make sense of it all.
