Strategy Session
Low commitment. High clarity.
A focused session to talk through a specific problem, decision, or bottleneck. No long-term commitment required. You come with a question ("Should I hire before I fix this process?" "Why does everything feel like it runs through me?"), and we leave with a clear next step.
This is the best starting point if you're not sure what you need yet, or if you just need an outside, analytical eye on one thing. 90 minutes. This is for as needed support, or fees for the first session will be applied to any ongoing support agreement.
Audit
A clear-eyed look at what's working, what's costing you, and what to fix first.
Good for: founders who suspect something's broken but can't quite name it, or who want a second opinion before investing in a fix
I go through your operations (workflows, tools, team structure, customer/client experience) and give you an honest, organized picture of where time, money, and energy are leaking. You get a prioritized list of what to address first, not a vague list of "best practices."
This is a defined engagement with a clear deliverable: a conversation and a report, not an open-ended project. We start with a discovery call and create a plan for digging in. Fees are based on the size of your business.
Build Out
Building a custom operational structure your business actually needs.
Good for: founders ready to move from "figuring it out as we go" to a business with real infrastructure.
This is where we design and implement the systems: workflows, tools, SOPs, team structure, client onboarding, whatever the business needs. We’re not just building something that's technically correct; we’re building something usable, intuitive, and sustainable.
Setting up your operations requires a minimum 90-day time investment. This allows us to truly design, implement, and monitor.
Hands-On Support
When you need someone who doesn't just plan the work — who does it.
Good for: founders who need an extra set of capable hands.
Ongoing or project-based execution: implementing the systems we've designed, managing operational admin, running point on projects, collaborating with your team, or being the person who gets things done so you can stay focused on the parts of the business only you can do. From individual tasks you’re ready to hand off to a fractional operations director.
This is a month-to-month engagement. Fees are based on our defined scope, usually project-based or embedded.
